1. Supporting file formats​

For XRD analysis, we are now only support JCAMP-DX files (.jcamp, .dx, *.jdx), zip (in BagIt format) files.

3. Working with your data​

  1. Hover your mouse over spectrum to view 2theta and d-value depends on which wavelength is selected.
