Supported file formats

For Infrared analysis, we currently support JCAMP-DX files (*.jcamp, *.dx, *.jdx), zip (in BagIt format) files.

  1. To upload and view your data, you can follow this instruction.

  2. Using tools bar to zoom in/out, add peaks: chemspectra toolbar IR

  3. Comparing with other spectra: chemspectra IR compare

  4. Prediction: chemspectra IR predict chemspectra IR prediction result
